THE case of an Enniskillen woman who is accused of assaulting a police officer and drink driving has been adjourned until July.
Nichola Gallagher (43) of The Limes, Enniskillen, did not appear at a hearing of Enniskillen Magistrate's Court yesterday (Wednesday).
Gallagher is accused of drink driving in the vicinity of Ashwoods Road, Enniskillen, on April 9 of this year.
She is also accused of assaulting a male police constable on the same date.
At the short hearing, Barrister, Steffan Rafferty said that an update from the investigating officer had not been received.
Mr. Rafferty requested that the case be adjourned for a period of two weeks.
District Judge, Alana McSorley, agreed, and ordered that the case be heard again at Enniskillen on Wednesday, July 3.
