A post-mortem is to be conducted after a body was found on a beach in Bundoran earlier today.
Gardaí were alerted to the discovery of a body on the Tullan Strand in Bundoran, Co Donegal at approximately 10.45am this morning, Thursday, 20 June.
A garda spokesperson said: "The body was pronounced deceased at the scene. A post-mortem will be conducted at a later date, the results of which will determine the course of this investigation.
"No further information is available at this time."
