AN IRVINESTOWN man has denied harassing a woman.
The case of Anthony Clarke (26) of Main Street, Irvinestown, was discussed at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, June 24.
Clarke is facing a number of charges, including harassing a woman between May 13 and May 14 of this year and using a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety between May 12 and May 15.
Clarke's legal representative told the court that he was pleading not guilty to both charges.
District Judge, Alana McSorley ordered that the case be heard again on July 8 at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court.
