A man has denied setting 35 round bales of grass on fire.
John Paul McCauley (44) of Knockninny Park, Derrylin, appeared before Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, July 22, pleading not guilty to a total of four charges.
The charges include arson and criminal damage, whereby he is accused of setting 35 round grass bales on fire on June 14.
McCauley is also accused of threatening to destroy or damage farm sheds, and a tractor, belonging to a female on the same date.
The Derrylin man is also facing a further charge of assaulting both a male on June 14, and a female on April 23 of this year.
In court, McCauley indicated that he was pleading not guilty to all charges before him.
District Judge, Alana McSorley, remanded McCauley on continuing bail, and ordered that the case be returned to on August 5 at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court.
