A CONTEST date has been set in the case of a woman accused of assaulting a police officer and drink driving.
The case of Nichola Gallagher (43) of The Limes, Enniskillen, was discussed at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, July 22.
Gallagher is accused of drink driving in the vicinity of Ashwoods Road, Enniskillen, on April 9 of this year, and assaulting a male police constable on the same date.
At the hearing, District Judge, Alana McSorley, ordered that a contest hearing is set for Wednesday, September 18 of this year.
Gallagher was remanded on continuing bail.
Prior to the contest, the case will be heard again at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, September 4.
