Boatyard Distillery, Fermanagh, has been named the UK's top gin and vodka brand by the CLASS Bar Magazine Report 2024.

The achievement is a significant one for the independently-owned and sustainably-focused Irish spirits maker, which gained recognition among bartenders from the best bars in the country.

In the report, Boatyard's gin and vodka were revealed as the most favoured by UK bartenders, and the seventh and eighth best-selling respectively.

Boatyard prides itself on its environmental commitment.

The report offers insight into popular brands and consumer behaviour within the UK's top bars.

Commercial director at Boatyard, Declan McGurk said: "this important recognition received directly from some of the best bartenders in the UK is testament to the work we are doing.

"The high value of the Boatyard brand by the best in the business gives us great momentum for growth, as we look to expand in markets and stature."

In 2023, Boatyard became the first distillery in Ireland to gain B Corp certification for sustainability, and clinched the Northern Ireland Sustainable Company of the Year at the 2023 Business Eye awards.
