An Enniskillen-based electronics company has acquired a Scottish business as part of its UK expansion.

Elite Electronic Systems has announced the acquisition of CB Technology, an electronics manufacturing firm in Livingston, from Maven Capital Partners.

Elite Electronic Systems provides high-quality advanced electronics manufacturing services.

CB Technology, which has 25 years of industry experience, specialises in sectors such as energy and power monitoring.
