THE case of a 71-year-old convicted sex offender who is charged with breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order has been adjourned.
David Alan Coupe, of no fixed abode, is accused of breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) on August 6 by being in possession of internet enabled devices and cleaning software without approval from his Designated Risk Manager.
At a brief hearing at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, District Judge Alana McSorley adjourned the case until Monday, October 14.
The Judge had previously refused to allow reporting restrictions within the case.
Coupe was remanded on continuing bail.
