A Newtownbutler man has been returned to the Crown Court to face six charges of handling property stolen in the Republic of Ireland.
Martin Patrick Maughan (46), of Aghagay Park, Newtownbutler is also facing another charge of handling stolen goods, obstructing police and dangerous driving.
The charges all relate to an incident on July 1, 2023.
Maughan is accused of handling stolen property from the Republic of Ireland including two Hitachi drills, a Draper space heater, a trolley jack, a pressure washer, a screwdriver bit set, a nail gun, assorted plumber fittings, a power washer, a boot washer, a parasol stand, an outdoor garden table and chairs, a Weber BBQ and rubber mats.
He is also charged with allegedly handling a stolen oil burner.
A Public Prosecution Service solicitor told Enniskillen Magistrates Court there was a prima facie case for Maughan to answer.
District Judge Alana McSorley was satisfied this was the case.
Maughan did not say anything in answer to the charges or choose to tender any written statements of evidence.
The case will be heard in Dungannon Crown Court on November 12.
