A NUMBER of motoring charges which allegedly occurred in Fivemiletown are to be contested.
Cian Quinn (27) from Creagh Road, Tempo is accused of having no driving licence or insurance on May 26.
A defence solicitor entered 'not guilty' pleas to both charges on the defendant’s behalf at Dungannon Magistrates Court.
District Judge Francis Rafferty listed a contest for hearing on December 13.
