The P1s of St. Joseph’s Primary School, Ederney, were relaxing in their classroom and colouring in some beautiful pictures of Humpty Dumpty at their brightly-coloured tables after coming into school from their lunch break.

They joined with their teacher Mrs. McCusker to sing a song as they settled into their activity.

The class were very excited to welcome new visitors to the classroom when The Impartial Reporter called in.

They told this reporter that their nanny buys the paper, and that their mummy reads the news on her phone, and that they were famous as they already had their class photo in another newspaper.

First up to answer some questions were Ida and Tomy , who are cousins.

Victoria Johnston: What do you think of school?

Ida:  Good.

Tomy: Good.

Is Mrs. McCusker, your teacher, good?

Ida: Yes.

Tomy: Hmmm.
