An Enniskillen hotel has been shortlisted for four prestigious awards.
The AA Four Star Silver-rated Belmore Court and Motel was recognised in the 2024 GuestRevu Great Awards.
The hotel is the only accommodation from Ireland to be nominated in two of these categories.
The Belmore Court and Motel has been nominated in the following categories: Greatest in Europe (50-99 rooms), Greatest service, Greatest room quality, and Greatest cleanliness.
The nominations were based on the analysis of more than 70,000 online guest reviews from over 55 countries.
Terry McCartney, owner and manager of the Belmore Court and Motel, said: "Being shortlisted in four categories for the GuestRevu Great Awards, including two where we're the only Irish property represented, is an extraordinary honour.
"To be recognised for the second consecutive year and across such crucial aspects of hospitality – from service to cleanliness – is a testament to our team's unwavering commitment to excellence.
"I'm particularly proud that we're leading the way for Irish hospitality in room quality and cleanliness standards."
This accomplishment adds to the hotel's recognition as the UK's 'friendliest hotel' last year, as ranked by an analysis of millions of Tripadvisor reviews, with 50.5 per cent mentioning 'friendly.'
Mr. McCartney added: "These nominations, combined with our recognition as the UK's Friendliest Hotel and our various quality accreditations, validate our comprehensive approach to hospitality.
"Whether it's our meticulous attention to cleanliness, our commitment to maintaining high-quality rooms, our environmental sustainability initiatives, or our dedication to outstanding service, every aspect of our operation focuses on exceeding guest expectations while maintaining our commitment to environmental stewardship.
"These achievements belong to our incredible staff who deliver excellence daily."
The awards ceremony will take place on November 6 during WTM London at Tapa Tapa Wine Bar.
Chris Alexandre, founder of GuestRevu, said: "These awards are solely determined by guest feedback, making the results truly reflective of exceptional service.
"The amazing response we've seen in our second year demonstrates how valuable hoteliers find this recognition of their efforts to provide outstanding guest experiences."
