The founder Enniskinn has been named the winner of a major initiative.
Jessica Shaw, the person behind Enniskinn Handcrafted Cosmetics, was announced as the winner of the 2024 Fáilte Initiative, hosted by Carrolls Irish Gifts, which supports and showcases Irish businesses.
The initiative provides a national platform, in-store placement, an online promotional campaign, and business mentorship.
The creation of Enniskinn Handcrafted Cosmetics was inspired by the landscapes and folklore of rural Northern Ireland.
The brand offers self-care products that share the natural scents and stories of the isle, of the hills, and of the lough.
Ms Shaw said: "I’m absolutely thrilled and honoured to have been selected as this year’s Fáilte winner.
"The opportunity to partner with Carrolls Irish Gifts is an amazing opportunity, and I’m eager to bring Enniskinn to a wider audience through their stores across Ireland and online.
"This level of support is exactly what small businesses like mine need to grow and thrive."
Peter Hyland, chief executive officer of Carrolls Irish Gifts, said: "Fáilte represents our ongoing dedication to supporting Irish businesses.
"At Carrolls, we’re deeply committed to championing Irish talent, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see these entrepreneurs flourish.
"We’re thrilled to continue this initiative and welcome Enniskinn to the wide range of Irish suppliers at Carrolls.
"By providing a platform for small Irish businesses to reach a wider audience, we hope to help them grow and succeed in a competitive marketplace."
As the 2024 Fáilte winner, Enniskinn is now stocked in Carrolls stores nationwide and online, allowing the brand to connect with a diverse audience.
Carrolls Irish Gifts is encouraging all emerging and well-established Irish product design and manufacturing businesses to apply for future Fáilte initiatives.
