AN inquest into the death of Garrison teenager Neil Graham will take place over the course of two days next week.
Mr. Graham, a 17-year-old engineering student from the Glennasheevar Road, was fatally crushed by a tractor he was working on, on May 22, 2018.
The tragic death occurred at the premises of Gordon Brown Agricultural Engineering, Boho Road, Enniskillen.
Gordon Brown, the owner of the business, and Mr. Graham were working on repairs to a tractor owned by C&V Loane Limited of Kesh. Mr. Graham was completing his work placement with Brown.
Mr. Graham was fatally crushed by the forward movement of the back right wheel after Brown started the vehicle.
A Pre-Inquest Review on Monday heard that an inquest will take place at Enniskillen Courthouse on Thursday, November 21, and Friday, November 22.
The hearing was attended by members of Mr. Graham's family, as well as Anne Cassidy from the Health and Safety Executive (HSENI).
The hearing heard that Brown will be "entirely co-operative with the inquest."
Coroner McCrisken said that the jury will be sworn in on Thursday, and it is intended that they will be given sufficient time to reach a decision by Friday afternoon.
Following the incident in 2018, Gordon Brown was fined £20,000 for failing to ensure the safety of his employee, Mr. Graham, and for failing to implement a safe system while working under the tractor.
Jamie Loane, a director and employee of C&V Loane Limited, was fined £10,000 for failing in his duties as an employee to take reasonable care for the health and safety of another person.
The court also fined C&V Loane Limited £20,000 for failings in respect of its duty to Mr. Graham as someone who was not directly employed by the company.
