Belle Isle Castle and Estate has been named the best smaller/intimate wedding venue of the year in Ireland.
The estate, which is located outside Lisbellaw, beat three other provincial winners to take the title at the Irish Hotel Awards.
The other contenders were Belleek Castle in Co. Mayo, Kinnitty Castle in Co. Offaly, and Charleville Park Hotel in Co. Cork.
The awards ceremony was held at The Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co Meath.
John O'Neill, general manager, said: "I am delighted for the team at Belle Isle to pick up this industry award and thank them for their continued support over the last few years in enhancing the guest experience at Belle Isle.
"We appreciate the support we have received from all our local wedding vendors and in particular Norman Coalter and his team from Saddlers who provide the catering on the estate."
He also thanked the Duke of Abercorn, Lord Nicholas, and Lady Tatiana Hamilton for their commitment to the property, saying it was fitting for them to receive the accolade as they step aside for new owners, the Crawford family.
He added: "We are excited in the plans that Mr. Crawford and his family have for Belle Isle and look forward to working with them in developing Belle Isle to become one of the leading venues on the island of Ireland attracting local, national and international guests to this wonderful property on the shores of Lough Erne."
