THE Aisling Centre has announced the line-up for their annual ‘Hope, Healing and Growth’ event.
The event which focuses on positive mental health, will take place on January 11 at the Crest Centre, South West College, Enniskillen.
The event aims to provide a “safe and welcoming” space for discussions on mental health. The schedule includes various sessions from 10am to 3.30pm, with speakers such as Adrian Dunbar and Geoff Hill.
Mr. Dunbar will kick off the event with a session titled ‘Never Lose Hope’. Mr. Hill will present his session, ‘How to Be Happy – A Self-Help Guide for Baffled Gentle Folk’, at 10.15am.
Other speakers include Allan Curran, Geraldine Mullan, Shelly Cowan, Danny Quigley, Niamh McCann, and Aidan Dunphy, covering topics such as ‘The Great Escape’, ‘Inclusive Futures, and ‘Wellness in Rhythm’.
A fundraising raffle will also take place, with a New-Year Well-Being Hamper as the prize. Tickets for this are £2 per strip or three strips for £5, with the draw happening on the day.
Attendees can purchase a ticket for £30 which will include refreshments and a light lunch or they can join virtually for free or make a voluntary donation.
