A COUNSELLER from Enniskillen has denied harassing a woman.
Niall Joseph Greene (44) of Silverhill Demense, Enniskillen, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court yesterday (Wednesday).
He is facing a charge of harassing a woman earlier this year between May 12 and June 8.
During these dates, he allegedly "pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment".
During the short hearing, a prosecutor asked Greene how he was pleading to the single charge.
"Not guilty", Greene responded.
District Judge Alana McSorley remanded Greene on continuing bail, and ordered that the case be heard again at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, December 4.
Greene is a well-known local counsellor.
On his website, he is described as: "A fully accredited therapist by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), I specialise in assisting individuals with a wide array of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addictions, PTSD, self-harm, eating disorders, ADHD, and more."
