MENTAL health is vitally important for all of us to maintain, and AWARE NI hope to help support Enniskillen people to take good care of their mental health, all year round.
AWARE NI's Mental Health Peer Support Groups provide a safe place for people experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety or bipolar to connect and help each other with their mental health.
These groups, led by trained facilitators, offer a non-judgmental space where individuals can talk about their struggles, find comfort in shared experiences, and learn helpful coping techniques.
The groups are open to anyone over 18, are free to attend, and empower attendees to overcome isolation and stigma and work towards better mental wellbeing.
The Enniskillen support group meets fortnightly in the Aisling Centre, on Tuesdays at 7pm, and anyone looking for support would be very welcome.
