An award-winning Enniskillen food truck will transition to a premise in the new year it has been announced.

The Crisp Shack based in the Gaol Square area of Enniskillen will move to a new bricks-and-mortar premise in the New Year.  In November, the business had posted that they would close but they have now confirmed they will be opening their new premise.  A spokesperson for the Crisp Shack posted on social media: “The hatch will be closing on our little trailer, but just not yet - we are very excited to let you all know that it is not the end of The Crisp Shack and we will be moving your fave burgers and fries into premises in Enniskillen in 2025.”

They teased: “Location to be revealed.”

The spokesperson continued: “Things are taking a little longer than we originally expected, so you will still be able to catch us at Gaol Square over December until our little place is ready to move into.

“With that, our Festive Menu is back, starting next week,  keep your eyes peeled on the socials for more of that coming soon.”

Thanking their customers, they said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you for the support and for your kind words/messages over the last few weeks, we have really felt the love and are extremely grateful to be on this journey with you.”

The business was named the ‘Street Food of the Year’ winner at the ‘Food to Go’ awards in November and is operated by Chris Stapleton and Alexandra Wilkins.
