On a wet and cold night Rory Gamble beat Kyle Fisher by a bike length in a fast uphill sprint to the finish line to take the latest club race win.
Rory and Kyle broke away on the first lap going out hard from the very start, working well together and had over five minutes on the rest of the main group at the finish line.
The remainder of the field stayed together for all of the race, working hard together to try and close the gap to the two leaders, but it was all to be in vain.
This main group was led home in a bunch sprint by Niall Murphy taking third overall on the night, closely followed by William McFarland in his first race outing since his recent crash.
The remainder of the main group came over the line with Fergus McGirr, Mamraz Nagi, Stephen Campbell and the ever-green Kenny Boylan all finishing closely together.
Many thanks to all the marshals who stood out on a wet cold night, to our drivers and club friends who ensured we had a safe event.
Special thanks to Barry McKenna from Fintona CC for helping out.
