Any hopes of another cup final between neighbours and rivals, Enniskillen Skins and Clogher Valley, were extinguished on Tuesday when the draw for the semi-finals of the Towns’ Cup was made.
The sides will battle it out in the semi-final instead for a place in the final against either last year’s winners, Ballyclare or Monaghan.
Clogher will be looking to add another trophy to their collection this season after they claimed the Irish Junior Cup with a victory over the nearest rivals.
Skins will be looking to get back on top in a competition which they last won in 2019.
Their coach, Stevie Welsh, was not that surprised his side were drawn to face Clogher.
“It was inevitable really!” he said.
“It is a home draw and that is the one thing that you wanted from it.
“They have beaten us three times this year, but the boys are working hard and it is an exciting game to look forward to for everybody.”
