Enniskillen Royal Boat Club crews were in fine form once again at the weekend as they secured a clean sweep of wins at the Ulster Schools’ Cup which took place from the Boathouse in glorious sunshine.
First up was the Boys J14 Octo of Cillian Donaghy, Bruno Maguire Favro, Joshua Ihnat, Harley Sheppard, Jacob Woods, Cameron Bell, Oliver McNeary, Oliver Jennings and Cox Grace Collins who had a great win over the crew from Methody.
This was the first time that this event was part of the Schools’ Cup Regatta so it was great to win it.

The crew included Kate Huddlestone, Rhea Cartin McCloskey, Zara Welsh, Mya Morris, Eva Johnston, Ruby Hamill, Erin Trimble, Errie Powell and cox Abbey Wilson.
The Boys J16 8+ crew of Austin Cassidy, Luke Bailey, Owen Kelly, George Kernaghan, Hugo McChesney, Harry Coalter, Jake Sembhi and Cox Jessica Thompson had a very convincing win over the other two crews accepting the Craig Cup from Robert Northridge who was in the crew who won the very first Craig Cup back in 1959.
The club thanked coach Derek Holland and all the coaching team at ERBC along with the club’s parents for holding a very successful event.
