Enniskillen Rangers manager, Mickey Kerr, was full of praise for his team and those who came out to support them as they made it a fifth ever Junior Cup triumph for the club with a 2-0 victory over Cleary Celtic.
It makes it four as a manager for Kerr but he did not see it that way as he took in the celebrations in Dungannon last Friday night.
"I don’t look at it as my fourth Junior Cup right now. That might be something that will come in a couple of years when I'm completely sort of done with the football.
"Right now it's just so good for the team. It’s a brand-new team. I was looking at the squad from 2017 and there's 17 new players in the squad.
"This is a first for many of them. They really deserve so really for me I'm just looking at it as a medal tonight."
Kerr continued by praising the travelling Rangers support: "For the club as a whole seeing the young fans there, young and old I should say, it's been unreal.
"The support that they gave us tonight was top quality.
"From start to finish the wee ones singing their songs, beating their drums; brilliant. So yes absolutely delighted right now. Couldn’t be happier."
Looking back at the game, Kerr felt his side was the better team for "90 per cent" of the game.
"Our fitness was there we were a lot fitter and sharper but our football at times, that surface suits us to the ground.
"I thought the gameplan we went with went well. It's something we had worked on since Kesh. We had two weeks to work at it and training has been fantastic.
"I think obviously with all that went before and [when it was] confirmed we were in it there was a really good buzz that came back among the players and the club.
"I am so happy for all the people."
Substitutes made a huge difference on the game as well and Kerr acknowledged the contribution of goalscorer, Willie Burleigh and 18-year-old Joel Byrne.
"Bringing on two completely different animals there. Willie Burleigh has the experience and quality and Joel Byrne brings the youth and has no fear and he brings the quality."
On Burleigh, he continued: "That’s what he came on for. I didn’t want him to come into midfield or go on the wing.
"When Mark [Cutler] went down that line he is in. Great finish."
